Decide which weekend you want to come (See Schedule) and which type of accommodations and rate you want (single room, double room, quadruple room, commuter; see Chart of Rates).
 

  E-mail (rcs1212@cs.com), Call or fax (919-477-81232), or write us  (PO Box 84, Bahama, NC 27503) asking about availability for those dates. If you need a one-third off, or two thirds off scholarship, please indicate that (not available for single rooms).
 

 We will confirm availability by e-mail or phone ASAP and hold your reservation for seven days.  When we receive a 25% deposit** toward your total fee we will send a permanent reservation confirmation.
 

 CANCELLATION POLICY
  If your cancel more that 72 hours in advance of arrival, your deposit will be refunded (minus a $5.00 service charge). If your cancel later than that , we can not refund your deposit; but it may be transferred to another person for the same dates.
 

SCHOLARSHIP POLICY
  We will grant all scholarship requests without requiring any needs verification.  But in the spirit of the program, we ask you not to request  scholarship help unless you really need it to be able to come.  Our main goal is to make RCS available to the most possible people and we want the scholarships to go to people who could not come otherwise.
 

  We accept personal checks, certified checks, money orders and cash.  We can not accept credit or debit cards.
 

  Your final confirmation notice will also serve as an invoice for the amount still due, which is payable on arrival unless arrangements are made in advance for delayed payment.
